In this story:

MLB analyst Ben Verlander is picking the Cincinnati Reds to win the National League Central Division in 2025.

"Give me the Cincinnati Reds to win the division in 2025," Verlander said. "Reason number one, Tito. I think he is one of the greatest managers of all time. Terry Francona is a difference maker. I've never seen a manager get the most out of his players the way that Terry Francona does.

"His first year in Boston, 2004, World Series Champion. His first year in Cleveland, he took a team that won 68 games in the year prior, his first year there they won 92 games."

The Reds are looking to make the playoffs for the first time since the 2020 season and just the second time since 2013.
