CINCINNATI — The Reds activated outfielder Jake Fraley from the Family Medical Emergency List ahead of Wednesday's game against the Rockies.

They optioned outfielder Blake Dunn to Triple-A Louisville to make room on the roster.

Fraley, 29, has a .278 batting average, one home run and 12 RBI in 64 games this season.
