Atlantic League Player Becomes First to Steal First Base

The MLB is experimenting with some new rules in its new partnership with the independent Atlantic League. One of these new rules was in play Saturday night as Tony Thomas of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs became the first ever player to successfully steal first base.
