Nick Castellanos Lands Four-Year Deal with the Cincinnati Reds

The four-year $64 million deal includes player opt-outs for the 2020 and 2021 seasons

After splitting last season with the Tigers and the Cubs, Right Fielder Nick Castellanos has agreed to a four-year $64 million deal with the Cincinnati Reds. The deal includes player opt-outs for both the 2020 and 2021 seasons. This news adds to the Reds' busy offseason, with the signings of Mike Moustakis, Shogo Akyiama, and Wade Miley. Last season Castellanos hit for .289 with 27 home runs.
