He just keeps reaching new heights.

On Friday night, New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge made franchise history with his second three home run game of the season.

Judge belted three homers against the Arizona Diamondbacks, which lifted the Yankees to an easy 7-1 victory.

"[That's] greatness doing special things," Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters. "You know, those are kind of crazy things that happen, but it's just a special player.

"Somebody's got to have that. It's not surprising, I don't think, to anyone in this room, that it's Aaron Judge."

Judge hit three homers against the Washington Nationals at Yankee Stadium in a 9-1 win on August 23.

Judge's first home run was a three-run blast in the third inning. Two innings later, he smashed a two-run shot to put the Yankees up 6-0.

The third and final dinger was in the seventh inning and it traveled 383 feet into the second deck in right field.

Judge went 4-for-4 on the night.

"You just focus on the next at-bat," Judge said. "Whatever happened good or bad the first couple at-bats, you just kind of put it aside and focus on what the situation is when you come up."

Not only did Judge make history with his second three homer game of the season, he also tied the record for most home runs in a campaign after missing 50-plus games. Judge's 35 homers ties Rudy York, who appeared in only 104 games inn 1937.
