New York Yankees vs. Toronto Blue Jays Series Preview, How To Watch
The New York Yankees return from a seven-game road trip to begin the home portion of their 2024 schedule when they host the Toronto Blue Jays on Friday.
The three-game series with the Blue Jays ends on Sunday.
The Yankees (6-1) are on a hot streak to start the season, coming off missing the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
The Yankees opened the season in Houston and swept the Astros in four games, executing the rare four-game road sweep. Then, the Yankees went to Arizona to face the defending National League champions and won two of three before getting a day off on Thursday.
Several Yankees have been hot at the plate, but none more than Oswaldo Cabrera, who took at third base with the injury to DJ LeMahieu. Cabrera is the only Yankees player in the first seven games of the season that has two home runs.
But, sluggers Aaron Judge, Juan Soto, Giancarlo Stanton, Alex Verdugo and Anthony Volpe each have one.
Here is the preview for the game, with probable pitchers, starting lineups, how to watch and listen, injury updates and more.
