Remaining Undefeated Teams

Ohio State

Following losses by LSU and Cal, Ohio State jumped to No. 1 in both major polls (AP, Coaches) and debuted atop the BCS poll. The Buckeyes finish off the season against five teams that all currently boast a 5-2 record, starting with Saturday's home contest against Michigan State.

South Florida

The Cinderella story of this season continues. The second-ranked Bulls are No. 1 in five of the six BCS computer polls. Can South Florida survive tonight's trip to Piscataway?

Boston College

The Eagles defeated rival Notre Dame, but not in the convincing fashion many were expecting (BC won 27-14). With a bye week, Boston College has extra time to prepare for its biggest test of the season thus far: at Virginia Tech.

Arizona State

Under new head coach Dennis Erickson, ASU has quietly jumped out to a 7-0 start. The Sun Devils have a bye this week, before entering a four game stretch that includes Cal, Oregon and USC.

Kansas

Fresh off a 58-10 shellacking of Baylor, the Jayhawks are off to their best start in 12 seasons. This week they will look to win at Colorado for the first time since 1995.

Hawaii

Hawaii survived its second overtime scare of the season last Friday, defeating San Jose State 42-35. The Warriors have this week off. Next on the slate: New Mexico State. With the 98th-ranked pass defense in the nation, the Aggies should struggle to contain Colt Brennan & Co.
