Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian

Well, wouldn't you know it. Bush and Kardashian have reconciled (at least for the time being). This is not only great news for everyone at Extra Mustard, but certainly for Bush. He recently admitted that his juke moves don't work as well in the NFL as they did in college. As long as his moves work with Kardashian, he'll always be a winner in our book.

Dallas Cowboys Stadium

So Cowboys owner Jerry Jones spends $1.15 billion on a new stadium with the world's largest HD television screen, but somehow forgets to make sure it isn't hanging too low over the field. Well, it is, as Titans punter A.J. Trapasso proved when he booted a ball that hit the bottom of the JumboTron during the first game at the stadium. More embarrassing than the structural gaffe was Jones' blaming Trapasso for punting the ball "straight up." Yes, Jerry, that's where punts go in football, "straight up."

Kate Mara

We didn't think we could love Mara any more than we already did. She's gorgeous, an accomplished actress and her family owns the New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers. Well, she can now add another achievement to her résumé. She's made Entourage watchable again, popping up in the latest episode as E's new assistant and potential love interest. Sorry, Sloan.

Ron Artest

Trying to keep up with Artest on Twitter is no easy task. First the new Lakers forward not only tweeted that he was divorced, but he got a bit too descriptive in expressing his interest in meeting a ''working nerd girl.'' Then Artest said he was just joking about being divorced, but added that he was still going on a ''Twitter date'' this week. Can't wait to hear about it.

Flavor Flav

In what looks like the oddest and possibly funniest show on TV, the former rapper will host a new late-night series, Nite Tales, an updated version of Tales from the Crypt, in which he plays a Time Keeper (of course) instead of the Crypt Keeper. The series features cameos from Ray J, Gary Busey, Brigitte Nielsen and Danny Glover. So what's the sports connection? Well, the executive producers are former Sacramento Kings players Mitch Richmond and Bobby Jackson, and the entire series is being shot in Sacramento. Well, it can't be much worse than the Kings last season.

Pete Carroll

After getting ''Punk'd'' by a fake fight earlier in camp, Carroll returned the favor and surprised the Trojans over the weekend. The USC coach had legendary singer/songwriter Bill Withers (inset) talk to the team posing as an NCAA representative before he revealed who he was and got the team to sing Lean on Me in unison. As long as Carroll never enlists the help of Ashton Kutcher, he can ''Punk'' his team as much as he wants.

Megan Fox

Megan Fox will be hosting the season premiere of Saturday Night Live next month, which should give the show its best ratings in years. We can't imagine she'll be as funny as Peyton Manning or as awkward as Michael Phelps, but does it really matter?

Mark Sanchez

For a while, Sanchez's passer rating in his first start as a New York Jet was beginning to mirror Blutarsky's GPA in Animal House -- 0.0. Just when everyone was ready to call him a bust before the season even began, Sanchez fired a touchdown pass to Leon Washington. Calm down, people, he's a rookie with just 16 starts in college. Give him some time, or at least a quarter.

Versus

As if it wasn't bad enough that the NHL airs on Versus, now DirecTV may no longer carry the Comcast-owned network. It begs the question: If an NHL game is being played and no one can see it, does it still make a sound?

Michael Irvin and Anna Demidova

It looks like ''The Playmaker'' lucked out in the drawing for partners for this season's Dancing with the Stars. Irvin got Demidova, who was part of last season's winning team and the most likely breakout star among this season's dancers. If Irvin is as quick on his feet as he was in pushing off against defensive backs during his Hall of Fame career, he might actually be holding that gaudy disco ball at the end of the competition.
