On Wednesday, Giants DE Justin Tuck teamed up with SUBWAY, speed sandwich-maker Salvador Rodriguez and 248 other "chefs" to set a new Guinness Record for most sandwiches made at one time. In honor of Tuck and his crowning achievement, SI takes a look at athletes and sandwiches.
