NBA Players Stay Busy During Lockout
Kevin Love
Since the NBA lockout went into effect July 1, players have found plenty of ways to keep busy -- and very few include basketball. Timberwolves All-Star Kevin Love has used his height to his advantage by taking up beach volleyball. So far he's 0-1 in the sand; he and partner Hans Stolfus lost straight sets in their debut in the Manhattan Beach Open on Aug. 25.
Blake Griffin
Rookie of the Year Blake Griffin interned with Funny Or Die, the comedy website co-founded by Will Ferrell. Griffin counts "Old School," ''Wedding Crashers" and "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" among his favorite movies.
Chris Bosh
Bosh got a really big, awkward tattoo on his back.

NBA champ Jason Terry still wasn't over the Finals. During the making of Young Jeezy's music video for his new song "Win," Jet took pleasure in mocking LeBron James.
Jimmer Fredette
The Jimmer found his future Mrs.
Brandon Jennings

The Celtics guard tweeted this recently: "It's official.. Pride 2 the side.. just filled out a application at Home Depot. Lockout ain't a game." Preach.

Kevin Durant just dominated every streetball and pro-am league in the country. No. Big. Deal.
Kris Humphries
Kris Humphries became Kris Kardashian/Kate Middleton with his lavish $17 million wedding to Kim Kardashian. He also became the envy of Reggie Bush.
Gilbert Arenas and Dwight Howard
The Magic duo started planking before the lockout went into effect and continued with a binge-plank-off for a few days straight.
Amar'e Stoudemire
Amar'e embraced his inner Tim Gunn by working with designer Rachel Roy and wearing hipster glasses ... everywhere.
Ron Artest
Ron Artest did Ron Artest things, like embarking on a comedy tour, playing in streetball leagues, changing his name, thinking about changing his jersey number, agreeing to play with a team in England and then joining the next cast of "Dancing With the Stars."
Stephen Curry
The Warriors guard got hitched and posed for one of the greatest wedding pictures ever. Then he decided to return to Davidson to finish his degree.
Luke Walton
The Lakers forward got a gig as an assistant to Memphis coach Josh Pastner in a deal that will allow him to return to the NBA when the lockout is lifted.
Spencer Hawes
Restricted free agent and Seattle native Hawes returned to his hometown and got the Space Needle (it looks more like a tiki hut if you ask us) shaved into the back of his head. Classy.
John Wall and DeMar DeRozan
Wall and DeRozan were no strangers to pro-am leagues, from DC's Goodman to L.A.'s Drew and even North Carolina's N.C. Pro-Am. Wall also showed interest in returning to Kentucky to take classes.

The free agent and newly crowned NBA champ went on a boat. In St. Tropez.
