Magic rookie guard Victor Oladipo dunked hard over Bobcats guard Gerald Henderson in transition during Orlando's 111-101 home loss on Friday.

With a little less than six minutes remaining in the second quarter and Charlotte leading 43-37, Oladipo deflected a Henderson pass and took off for the races. Flying past Josh McRoberts near midcourt, Oladipo looked like he was home free, but Henderson did well to hustle back in an attempt to atone for his mistake.

The two players were running stride for stride as they hit the free-throw line, and Oladipo  jumped for a full-speed, two-handed dunk attempt as Henderson contested the play from his right side. The dunk unfolded in a flash, and Oladipo swung on the rim before flying back into the paint, flexing for effect once he came back to the court. The Bobcats were forced to call timeout and the Amway Center saluted Oladipo's efforts with a partial standing ovation.

The dunk wasn't the focus of the Magic's post-game talk, not after they lost their 10th straight game.

"We just came up short again," Oladipo said, according to the Orlando Sentinel. "So we've just got to continue to just keep going. I don't think anybody in here wants to lose, and nobody is satisfied with losing. We've just got to do what it takes to win. Every possession we've got little room for error because right now we're not good enough to make mistakes."

The 2013 No. 2 pick's high-rising highlight reel continues to grow. His best dunks have included a 360 against the Nets and a double poster against the Hawks. On the other end, he's blocked Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony and swatted Blazers guard Damian Lillard in jaw-dropping fashion.

Oladipo finished with 11 points (on 4-for-14 shooting), 10 assists and five rebounds in the loss. Jameer Nelson and Tobias Harris added 18 points each for Orlando.

Al Jefferson posted a game-high 30 points (on 13-for-17 shooting) and 16 rebounds for the Bobcats. Kemba Walker added 19 points (on 7-for-16 shooting) and 10 assists in the win.

Charlotte improved to 17-24; Orlando dropped to 10-30.
