Phoenix Suns guard Archie Goodwin's charges to be dropped
Phoenix Suns guard Archie Goodwin will have two charges stemming from an incident in Arkansas dropped, according to a report from AZcentral.com
In May, Goodwin was arrested outside an ice rink in Little Rock and charged with disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest. An officer reportedly witnessed the Suns guard cursing and "exhibiting aggressive gestures" toward another person. Police also said Goodwin tried to break away from the arresting officer. Goodwin pled not guilty in June, and the prosecution passed the two charges to be dismissed in six months unless new evidence surfaces.
