Report: Miami Heat meet with Luol Deng's reps after LeBron's decision
The Miami Heat have a big hole to fill at small forward after LeBron James announced Friday that he would be returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Miami talked to free agent forward Luol Deng's representatives in the hours after James' decision, according to a report from Sam Amick of USA Today.
It had been reported Deng would not take a discount to join the Heat. With only Norris Cole, Shabazz Napier, a newly re-signedChris Bosh and free agent signeesJosh McRoberts and Danny Granger on the roster, that may not be necessary. Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reported Deng was looking for a contract worth $12-13 million per year over four or five years.
