Carmelo Anthony says Knicks will 'absolutely' make playoffs
New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony said his team will "absolutely" make the playoffs this coming season, the New York Post's Fred Kerber reports.
Anthony said earlier this month he doesn't expect the Knicks to win a championship this season, though last month he said the Knicks "aren't that far away from contending."

On his way to a workout in Manhattan, Anthony said the Knicks will make the playoffs after missing out last season with a 37-45 record.
“Yeah, I think so for sure. Absolutely.
“I can’t wait to get started. No goals. Not setting any goals, but I just can’t wait to get it back on.”
