John Calipari: Anthony Davis has chance to be NBA's best in 5 years
Kentucky head coach John Calipari says that New Orleans Pelicans center Anthony Davis could be the best player in the NBA in five years.
Davis played one season at Kentucky under Calipari and led the Wildcats to the national championship before entering the NBA Draft.
"Right now, you look at (Davis) and say, 'Man, in five years, he could be the best player in the NBA,'" Calipari said to USA Today. "And this USA Basketball stuff pushes that date sooner."

Davis averaged 20.8 points, 10 rebounds and 2.8 blocks for the Pelicans last season.
"Again, here's what it does for him: how to work, new things to add to his game, and confidence like, 'These are the best in the world, so I'm all right.'
