Grizzlies reportedly extend training camp invitation to Earl Clark
Free agent forward Earl Clark has accepted a training camp deal with the Memphis Grizzlies, according to a tweet Sunday from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.
The 26-year-old out of Louisville had a breakout year in the 2012-13 season for the Los Angeles Lakers, but has mostly flown under the radar as a journeyman stretch-four since being drafted No. 14 overall by the Suns in the 2009 draft. Since then, he's been on rosters for the Magic, Cavaliers, Lakers and Knicks.

He had his best season in 2012-13 averaging a modest 7.3 and 5.5 rebounds for a depleted Lakers squad but showed he was capable of putting up big numbers that year if given playing time. He was most recently on the Knicks' roster last season on a 10-day deal in March but New York opted not to renew him.
The Grizzlies tip-off their season on Oct. 29 with a home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
