Kings' DeMarcus Cousins out this weekend with viral infection
Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins has been hospitalized with a viral infection and will not play this weekend, the team announced on Wednesday.
Cousins has already missed three games due to the infection and underwent additional evaluation on Tuesday evening as he continues to recover. The Kings said Cousins' condition "is improving daily and a full recovery is anticipated."
The 24-year-old is expected to return next week.

Cousins is averaging 23.5 points and 12.6 rebounds through 15 games this season, the latter of which leads the NBA.
