Cavaliers' Kyrie Irving (knee) expects to play Tuesday vs. Hawks
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving practiced Monday and expects to play Tuesday against the Atlanta Hawks, he told reporters after practice.
Irving's injury was originally reported as a knee contusion, but he said Monday that it was actually a bone bruise.
Irving was injured during Cleveland's Christmas Day loss to the Miami Heat. He sat out the team's last two games, with Matthew Dellavedova starting in his place.

Irving is second on the team in both points and assists per game. With Irving sidelined, the Cavs beat the Orlando Magic and lost to the Detroit Pistons. They are 5-5 since their eight-game winning streak was snapped earlier this month.
