Zach LaVine delivered one of the most impressive dunk contest performances in recent memory on Saturday night.

The Minnesota Timberwolves rookie earned a perfect 50 on his first two dunks and easily topped Orlando Magic guard Victor Oladipo in Round 2.

On Sunday, LaVine, 19, said in an interview on SportsCenter that he thinks he would beat Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James in a dunk contest.

"See, I know LeBron's got some stuff in him, too, that he ain't showed the world either," LaVine said. "LeBron's one of the most freaky athletes of all time, so I don't know. But, like I said, I'm a confident person, and I never go against my own talent so I've got to say me."

James, 30, has thrown down a number of impressive in-game dunks but has never participated in the dunk contest.

James recently said that he regretted not partaking in All-Star Saturday night's marquee event.
