Paul George returns to Pacers practice

Indiana Pacers star Paul George returned to practice Thursday for the first time since breaking his leg in a USA Basketball scrimmage in August.
George told SI.com over the All-Star break that he hoped to return to practice by March 1. He said he planned to spend a couple of weeks conditioning, and that if there were no setbacks, he would rejoin the Pacers in the middle of the month.

According to Candace Buckner of The Indianapolis Star, Pacers coach Frank Vogel said that George went through a full practice. The 6'9'' small forward hoisted additional shots afterward and said he felt "stronger on the court." George was still hopeful of coming back in mid-March, but admitted he was "a long ways away."
