SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) The Sacramento Kings are getting one starter back and losing another.

The Kings say center DeMarcus Cousins is sitting out Tuesday night's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves because of a sore right foot, while forward Rudy Gay is probable to play after missing the last three games while recovering from a concussion.

Reserve shooting guard Nik Stauskas also is expected to play with a mid-back strain. In addition, the Kings will be without forward Carl Landry, who was suspended one game without pay by the NBA for leaving the bench area during an altercation in Sunday's loss to the Utah Jazz. Landry had been starting in Gay's place.

Cousins leads the Kings with 24.1 points and 12.7 rebounds per game. Sacramento is 3-14 without its All-Star center this season.
