The Los Angeles Clippers are considering rebranding their logo, team colors and uniforms this off-season, reports ESPN.com's ArashMarkazi.

The Clippers have reportedly considered a rebrand since Steve Ballmer purchased the team last August in the aftermath of the controversy surrounding previous owner Donald Sterling's racist remarks that were made public.

On Friday, ESPN.com's and Uni-Watch.com's Paul Lukas posted potential leaks of the uniform designs with one black uniform and one red uniform, both featuring a retro-looking "LAC" logo.

[daily_cut.NBA]If the Clippers do unveil a rebrand, it is not expected to include a name change. After buying the team last August, Ballmer said he would not change the Clippers name.

"There is not a discussion about whether you like the name Clipper or you don't like the name Clipper," Ballmer said.

"It's like a lot of things in life. What's hot is hot and I think the Clippers are hot."

The Clippers finished this season 56–26, securing the Western Conference's third playoff seed. They will play the No. 6 seed San Antonio Spurs in an opening-round series beginning Sunday in Los Angeles.
