Kings void new signing Luc Mbah a Moute's contract after failed physical
The Sacramento Kings have voided the contract of forward Luc Mbah a Moute after he failed his team physical examination, the team announced on Thursday.
Mbah a Moute, who signed a deal with the Kings on Tuesday, will become a free agent again.
The 28-year-old averaged a career-high 9.9 points last season to go along with 4.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 67 games for the Philadelphia 76ers.
Mbah a Moute has averaged 6.8 points and 4.9 rebounds over seven NBA seasons. He played nine games for Sacramento during the 2013–14 season before being traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
