DeAndre Jordan: Game in Dallas will be ‘like any other road game’
Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan said his first game in Dallas against the Mavericks will be “like any other road game,” reports the Orange County Register's Dan Woike.
The Clippers and Mavericks will meet at American Airlines Arena on Nov. 11.
The 27-year-old’s comment comes in the wake of the waves he made during free agency this off-season.
After agreeing to sign with Dallas in early July, Jordan later changed his mind and decided to re-sign with Los Angeles.
Jordan and the Clippers subsequently agreed to a four-year, $87.6 million deal.
A third team All-NBA selection in 2015, Jordan averaged 11.5 points and 15.0 rebounds last season for the Clippers. Over the past three years, Jordan has led the NBA in field goal percentage, and was the league’s leading rebounder in each of the last two seasons.
