NBA commissioner Adam Silver joins the Open Floor Podcast this week to discuss the NBA's future, Jerry Colangelo's arrival in Philadelphia and potential changes to the league.

In the latest episode of the Open Floor Podcast, SI.com's Chris Mannix is joined by NBA commissioner Adam Silver, Warriors center Festus Ezeli and Miami HeraldNBA writer Ethan Skolnick.

In a 20-minute chat, Silver talks to Mannix about a variety of subjects concerning the NBA, including the 76ers' front-office shake-up and the arrival of Jerry Colangelo, potential changes to the NBA draft and next summer's impending lockout.

Later, Ezeli hops on the phone to chat with Mannix about the team's recently snapped 28-game winning streak and the dynamics of Luke Walton leading the team while Steve Kerr hangs around the peripherals. Ezeli also discusses his impressive background off the court, which included taking pre-med classes at Vanderbilt and serving an internship at Merrill Lynch.
