Report: Ben Simmons to sign with LeBron James’s agent, Rich Paul
Possible No. 1 draft pick Ben Simmons of LSU has reportedly decided to hire LeBron James’s agent Rich Paul as he prepares for a pro career, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Simmons has spoken previously about his relationship with the Cavaliers star, and his sister, Emily Bush, is currently an employee of Paul’s Klutch Sports agency.

The Australian forward averaged 19.2 points and 11.8 rebounds as a freshman for LSU, but was unable to lead the team to an NCAA tournament bid, with the Tigers declining an invite to play in the NIT.
Yahoo’s report claims that James and Paul began recruiting the prospect as a future client in 2014 when Simmons first attended the LeBron James Skills Academy, and that an agreement for him to join Klutch Sports has been in place for over a year.
