Kobe Bryant addressed fans in attendance at the Staples Center at the end of Wednesday night’s 101–96 win against the Utah Jazz. Bryant scored a season-high 60 points on 50 shots in the final game of his career.
“I can’t believe how fast 20 years went by,” Bryant said. “It’s crazy. It’s absolutely crazy.”

Bryant retires after 20 NBA seasons in which he won five NBA titles and was named to 18 All-Star teams.

Bryant finished the game with 60 points.
Before the game, the Lakers played a video tribute that starred former teammates Shaquille O’Neal and Derek Fisher as well as former coach Phil Jackson.
