San Antonio Spurs shooting guard Danny Green underwent LASIK eye surgery, Manrique Custom Vision announced on Facebook.

Green finished last season with his career-worst 37.6 shooting percentage from the three-point line. He improved in the playoffs and shot 51.1% but the Spurs were eliminated in the Western Conference semifinals.
Green averaged 7.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists during the regular season.
