NEW YORK — Kris Dunn is coming off an attention–grabbing senior year at Providence where he seized the spotlight and impressed NBA scouts. Dunn averaged 16.8 points per game last year, to along with 6.2 assists and 2.5 steals per game, validating himself as one of the top guards in this year's draft class.
Dunn’s standout career at Providence elevated his stock heading into Thursday's draft night. In SI.com's most recent Mock Draft, Dunn went No. 7 to the Denver Nuggets. In SI's final Big Board rankings, Dunn ranked No. 5, trailing only Kentucky's Jamal Murray among guards .
With the NBA draft almost here, SI.com caught up with Dunn to ask him about basketball, fashion, draft night and more.

SI.com: Which team has the best jerseys in the NBA?
Kris Dunn: "The best jerseys, whooo. I want to say the Warriors, that yellow is nice."
SI: What about the best basketball court in New York City? Indoor or outdoor?
KD: "[The] best basketball court I have ever been to? Best crowd I’ve been to is Rucker Park. I played in that game and the crowd was unbelievable. The best court I ever played at was Madison Square Garden."
SI: Are there any courts in your area that you play?
KD: "Of course. Bartlett, Toby may, you know, you can find me at Jennings, they know what it is."
SI: Jumpers or post moves?
KD: "I love the post. Love the post. I did a lot of post work this year in the game. Anytime I get put on a smaller guy I get extra antsy for it."
SI: Who are your top five players of all time?
KD: "AI, Kobe, MJ, Shaq and Hakeem Olajuwon."
SI: Anybody you wish you could put on the list that you didn’t get to say there?
KD: "T-Mac, he was nasty. Vince Carter was nasty. Reggie Miller. Now you could say LeBron, [Stephen] Curry, yeah."
SI: Why are you the best dressed guy coming out of college?
KD: "I can hit you with all types of looks. I can hit you with all types. I can hit you with the simple look, I can hit you with the wild look, street clothes, the preppy look. My closet deals with it all."

SI: What is your go-to style?
KD: "My go-to is whatever the crowd is that day. Oh, we going here? I know what to put on."
SI: Who is the best dressed guy in the NBA?
KD: "Best dressed guy in the NBA? Chris Paul. I like Chris Paul’s style. He knows how to switch it up, too. He can go street clothes, preppy look, the Mr. Nice Guy look, to the bad boy, to the jean jacket all types."
SI: What will you be wearing on draft night?
KD: "I’ll be wearing a nice suit, I’m not trying to get too crazy. I’m want to represent my city, my family well. You know I’m going to have something hidden under there."
