Andre Drummond has signed a five-year, $130 million contract with the Pistons, reports ESPN’s Marc Stein.
The Pistons, who drafted Drummond with the ninth pick in the 2012 draft, offered the 22-year-old a max contract as free agency began on Friday. The contract includes a player option after the fourth season, according to the report.
Drummond made his first All-Star team last season while leading the league in offensive and defensive rebounding.
In his career, has averaged 13.2 points, 12.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.
