The former college standout is playing in the Chinese Basketball Association
Former NBA shooting guard and college standout Jimmer Fredette had a big night for the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association on Friday night, dropping 51 points in a 111–88 win.
Fredette shot 18 of 31 from the field, hitting nine three-pointers and adding 10 rebounds and six assists. You can check out full highlights of his big performance below.
Fredette, a first-round pick in 2011 out of BYU, has bounced around the NBA in recent years. After signing with the Bulls in 2014, he joined the Pelicans, then played for the Westchester Knicks of the D-League before being called up by the Knicks last season. He was named to the All-NBA D-League Second Team.
