Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins will miss his 11th straight game on Saturday night against the Bucks due to personal reasons, and there’s questions regarding his availability for the rest of the season.

Wiggins, who proved to be an important piece of Golden State’s championship team last season, has no definitive timetable for his return, coach Steve Kerr explained Saturday.

“I think that’s the hope,” Kerr said in ahead of the Warriors game against Milwaukee when asked if Wiggins would return at some point this season. “We’re giving him his space, as we’ve talked about, as he deals with something that’s way more important than a game. If he’s able to come back, that would be great. And if not, then that’s the case. Whatever happens, we’ll handle it accordingly.”

When Wiggins has been available this season for Golden State, he’s been a solid contributor for the defending champs. In 37 starts this season, he’s averaged 17.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists on 47.3% shooting from the floor and 39.6% shooting from three.

The Warriors are 34–33 entering Saturday night, as they look to begin their playoff push with star Steph Curry back in the lineup.
