The Warriors are signing veteran forward Dario Šarić to a one-year deal for the 2023–24 season, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Šarić has been in the NBA since 2016, playing for four different teams in that span. He began his career in Philadelphia but was traded to Minnesota in his third season as part of the Jimmy Butler deal in ’19. Šarić was then traded to the Suns that offseason, where he spent parts of four years, but was traded again to the Thunder before the trade deadline last year.

After averaging over 10 points per game in each of his first five seasons, Šarić has dealt with injuries recently and hasn’t surpassed that threshold since the 2019–20 season. The forward has played in just 107 games since 2020, which included missing an entire season due to a torn ACL.

Last year, between Phoenix and Oklahoma City, Šarić averaged 6.4 points and 3.6 rebounds per game, while shooting 39.1% from three in a career-low 14.1 minutes per game.

Šarić adds depth to a Warriors team that lost Jordan Poole and Donte DiVincenzo so far in the offseason.
