Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards already has his own IMDB page.

As one of the athletes to star in Adam Sandler’s basketball drama Hustle, Edwards was asked by a reporter Saturday to name the most ridiculous basketball scene in a movie or television series.

However, Edwards used the opportunity to reflect on one of his favorites.

“I like High School Musical for some reason. Troy Bolton,” Edwards said. “I like the scenes. They put it together pretty dope, pretty dope. I like that movie.”

Would he be interested in starring in a remake?

“I would. I actually would for sure,” he said with a smile.

Edwards portrayed the character Kermit Wilts in Hustle, a hot-shot youngster who rivals the protagonist Bo Cruz, played by NBA veteran Juancho Hernangómez.

Who’s to say he doesn’t have a long-term future in acting? Look out, Zac Efron.
