Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic, like most in the basketball world, is in awe of Iowa basketball star Caitlin Clark.

Doncic was tuned in to Monday night's Elite Eight contest between Clark's Hawkeyes and defending national champion, LSU, and was mesmerized by Clark's shooting ability. The Iowa star hit nine threes and finished with 41 points in the win on Monday night to send her school back to the Final Four.

"She reminds me of Steph Curry, man," Doncic said when asked if Clark's game reminded Doncic of his own. "We're going with Steph Curry. She shoots it better than me, that's for sure," he added.

Clark and the Hawkeyes are headed to the Final Four to take on UConn as they continue their quest for a national championship. Iowa made it to the title game last year, before falling to Angel Reese and LSU. While Iowa avenged that loss on Monday night, there's still work to do for Clark to cement her legacy as a national champion.
