76ers: Joel Embiid’s Stats & Highlights in Game 1 vs.Nets

How did Joel Embiid perform in the 76ers' Game 1 win over the Nets?

Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Brooklyn Nets for Game 1 of their first-round series on Saturday afternoon.

Coming off of an impressive regular season, Embiid had high expectations surrounding him going against an underdog Nets team.

Although Embiid was the scoring champion entering the playoffs, he wasn’t the most productive player on the floor in that department on Saturday.

Despite Bridges having the highest-scoring performance on Saturday, the Sixers still received a notable boost from their MVP finalist Embiid.

While it could’ve been considered a quiet offensive outing for Embiid, he had an all-around productive afternoon in the first game against the Nets. With Embiid’s help, the Sixers picked up their first playoff victory of the year, putting the Nets away with a 121-101 victory.
