76ers vs. Nets: Game Odds, Players to Watch for Game 3
On Thursday night, the Philadelphia 76ers look to extend their series against the Brooklyn Nets to 3-0, following their win in Game 2 on Monday night.
Unlike their win in Game 1, Monday's victory did not come easy as the Nets came out swinging, with Cameron Johnson scoring 22 points in the first half en route to helping his team secure a five-point lead entering halftime.
The Sixers' lack of scoring came as a result of Joel Embiid being double to even triple-teamed at times by Brooklyn, as well as James Harden having a cold night against his former team.
Despite these struggles, Philadelphia would turn it around, as Tyrese Maxey lit the way with 18 points in the closing two quarters, ending the night with a game-high 33 points.
Jalen McDaniels, who had a quiet night in Game 2, was listed as questionable for Thursday night with a non-COVID-related illness before getting upgraded to available.

Players To Watch:
Sixers: Joel Embiid
Following two relatively quiet games by Embiid's standards, fans should expect the MVP candidate to show off as the series travels to the Barclays Center.
In Game 2, Embiid was a rebounding machine for the Sixers, securing 19 boards while putting up 20 points.
Nets: Cameron Johnson
Fans should keep their eye on Johnson to see if he has himself a night as he did on Monday, dropping 28 points on 58 percent shooting.
With Bridges receiving more of the defensive pressure at times from Philadelphia, Johnson could be used to finding himself as a prime scoring option for the Nets.
