UPDATE: Tobias Harris is expected to be OUT on Sunday, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Late in Tuesday night’s win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Philadelphia 76ers’ starting forward, Tobias Harris, dealt with some knee soreness after he collided with another player.

The setback wasn’t alarming initially, but there was some lingering soreness as the Sixers approached their Thursday night matchup against the Miami Heat.

Harris reportedly received an MRI in Miami, which didn’t reveal anything too concerning. Still, the veteran forward was not a part of the team’s shootaround before ultimately getting ruled out against the Heat.

At the time of the starter’s status reveal, Harris was expected to potentially miss a game or two as he dealt with the soreness from a contusion. As it turned out, that was the case.

Going into their Saturday night matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Sixers kept Harris downgraded on the injury report. He was questionable, and went through the morning shootaround session to test out his knee.

Unfortunately, Harris was still ruled out for the Saturday night matchup. For the first time since late March, Harris missed consecutive matchups.

Despite the absence of the veteran forward, the Sixers found success. In Miami, they collected a four-point win. Against a undermanned Grizzlies team, they dominated with a 20-point showing.

On Sunday, the Sixers are set to pay a visit to the San Antonio Spurs. According to the Sixers’ injury report, Harris is listed as questionable. He's on pace to be a game-time decision.

The Sixers and the Spurs are set to battle it out at 7 PM ET.
