Milwaukee and Indiana clash for the second time in just three days as the Pacers host the Bucks at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Wednesday night.

Playing for the fifth and final time this season, the two teams’ regular-season series has become a one-sided affair, with the Pacers holding a 3-1 lead.

Indiana won the first two games of the series, 126-124 and 128-119. Milwaukee prevailed in the third meeting, 140-126, with Giannis Antetokounmpo firing a career-high and a franchise-record 64 points.

The Pacers reasserted their dominance over the Bucks by pulling off a 122-113 on Monday night.

Having troubles with the Pacers

The Bucks seemed headed to tying their regular-season series with the Pacers when they took a 15-point third-quarter deficit. Milwaukee, however, fizzled out in the fourth period, where it was badly outscored, 25-38, and saw its 15-game home winning streak come to a screeching halt.

Giannis had his 38th career triple-double in the loss as he finished with 30 points, 18 rebounds, and 11 assists.

The Bucks, however, failed to get significant contributions from their other star, with Damian Lillard finishing with just 13 points on an awful 3-for-16 shooting night from the field.

The loss pulled the Bucks down to 24-9, although they are still in second place in the Eastern Conference. Wednesday night’s assignment against the Pacers is the first of a three-game road trip for the Bucks. On the season, the Bucks are 8-6 on the road, while the Pacers are 9-7 at home.

Injury report

Khris Middleton (right knee injury management and left wrist sprain) is listed as questionable, while AJ Green (nasal fracture) and Jae Crowder (left adductor surgery) are out for the Bucks.

Indiana’s Bruce Brown (knee) and Andrew Nembhard (back) are listed as day-to-day.

Giannis says they have to be ready for the next time they’ll face off against the Pacers
