It will be the second straight game that the Bucks are facing an opponent that is playing the back end of a back-to-back.

Milwaukee scored an easy 135-102 win over the Boston Celtics, who were on a back-to-back on Thursday night. The Warriors were in Chicago on Friday night, where they had to rally from 13 down to score a 140-131 victory.

A much-needed win

The Bucks are playing just their second game in five days. They took a two-day break before coming up with the blowout win over the Celtics that snapped a two-game slide.

By winning over Boston, Milwaukee avoided losing three straight games for the first time this season.

Milwaukee will play the third game of a four-game homestand where it has gone 1-1.

Milwaukee is off to a 2-4 start this month after going 11-2 in December. Golden State is off to a 3-3 start this month.

The Bucks are 17-4 at home, while the Warriors are 7-9 in road games this season.

Milwaukee is currently second in the Eastern Conference with a 26-12 record, while Golden State is in 12th place in the Western Conference with an 18-20 card.

The duel will feature two of the league’s dynamic guards, with Damian Lillard going up against Stephen Curry.

On the season, Lillard is averaging 25.0 points a game, while Curry is good for 26.7 points per contest.

Injury report

Jae Crowder (left adductor surgery) will still not be suiting up for the Bucks.

Draymond Green (conditioning) is listed as day-to-day for Golden State. Moses Moody (calf), Chris Paul (hand), and Gary Payton II (hamstring) are out for the Warriors.
