The Milwaukee Bucks were busy during the All-Star break, using the lull to sign a pair of players who could help boost their playoff push in the second half of the season.

The Bucks first acquired 14-year veteran Danilo Gallinari and then signed Ryan Rollins to a two-way deal. Danilo played 26 games for the Washington Wizards before he was traded to the Detroit Pistons. Gallinari saw action for six games with Detroit before he was waived. Rollins, the former second-round pick, played for 10 games with the Wizards this season before he was waived.

Before getting Gallinari and Rollins, the Bucks acquired Patrick Beverley from the Philadelphia Sixers in exchange for Cameron Payne. Will the latest additions be enough to give the Bucks a deep run this season?

Milwaukee’s depth chart

Here’s a look at the Bucks’ depth chart following the two acquisitions:

Point guards - Damian Lillard, Patrick Beverley, TyTy Washington (Two-way), Rollins (Two-way)

Shooting guards - Malik Beasley, Pat Connaughton, AJ Green, Andre Jackson Jr.

Small forwards - Khris Middleton, MarJon Beauchamp, Thanasis Antetokounmpo, Chris Livingston

Power forwards - Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jae Crowder, Danilo Gallinari

Milwaukee enters crucial stretch of the season

Milwaukee will enter the second half of the season with a 35-21 record, good for third place in the Eastern Conference. The Bucks are looking to restore order after they lost their last two games before the All-Star break.

They are just 3-7 under Doc Rivers and are hard-pressed to start picking up wins to avoid complications as the race for playoff spots heats up.
