Damian Lillard struggled against the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday night, with the Milwaukee Bucks losing 110-127 at the Fiserv Forum. Lillard, who erupted for 39 points in his debut with Milwaukee on Thursday, scored just six points in the team's first loss of the season.

A rough night for Dame

The seven-time All-Star went scoreless in the first half, with the Hawks practically sealing the outcome of the contest by building a 68-47 lead at the turn.

Lillard went 0-for-7 in the first two quarters, including a 0-of-4 from the three-point area. He also committed six of Milwaukee's nine turnovers.

Lillard went 17-for-17 from the charity stripe in Milwaukee's 118-117 win over the Philadelphia 76ers but didn't attempt a single free throw against the Hawks. Dame made his first basket when he sank a three-pointer at the 3:33 mark of the third period as he barely eclipsed his career-low in points (4).

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Malik Beasley had 18 points, while Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis Jr. added 13 and 12, respectively.

Atlanta's offensive explosion

The Hawks, who started the season with back-to-back losses, had eight players scoring in double figures in a balanced attack that enabled them to build leads of as many as 31 points.

Trae Young led the Hawks with 20 points and 11 assists. Clint Capela had his own double-double with 12 points and 12 boards.

Bogdan Bogdanovic came off the bench to add 17 points. De'Andre Hunter and Dejounte Murray each had 15 points, Jalen Johnson and Onyeka chipped in 14 each, and Saddiq Bey had 13.
