The Milwaukee Bucks down the Houston Rockets to stretch the winning streak to four
The Milwaukee Bucks showed no signs of fatigue playing the back end of a back-to-back and scored a 128-119 romp over the Houston Rockets on Sunday night.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 26 points and hauled down a season-high 17 rebounds to pass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the Bucks' career rebounding leader.
Big game from Dame
Damian Lillard had a good shooting night and finished with a game-high 39 points to help Milwaukee tally its fourth-straight win to improve to 19-7 in the season.
Lillard went 11-for-19 from the field, making five of his eight attempts from the three-point area. He also shot 12-of-13 from the free-throw area. Dame also had 11 assists, five rebounds, and three steals.
Khris returns with a bang
Winning their 13th straight home game and staying undefeated since their semifinal loss in the In-Season Tournament, the Bucks also got a solid performance from Khris Middleton, who returned from a one-game absence with 20 points.
Middleton, who sat out during Milwaukee's 146-114 win over the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night, scored 14 of his total output in the fourth quarter, enabling the Bucks to pull away.
Brook Lopez added 18 points, while Bobby Portis Jr. had 11 for the Bucks, who moved to solo second in the Eastern Conference.
Houston's four-game winning streak was snapped, falling to 2-9 on the road. Fred VanVleet paced the Rockets with 22 points, while Alperen Sengun added 20.
Dillon Brooks scored 18 points before getting ejected in the final 38.9 seconds for picking up two technical fouls. Jabari Smith Jr. chipped in 16 for the Rockets, who dropped to 13-10 in the season.
