The 35-year-old signed a one-year deal with the Bucks in the offseason, reuniting him with twin brother Brook. As third-string centers go, Robin played only 16 games this season, averaging 1.1 points per game. However, he started two games last week with Brook sidelined for personal reasons.

Milwaukee’s trade of Robin Lopez opens up a roster spot, which is crucial for a Bucks squad gearing up for a deep postseason run. The team is in the second spot in the Eastern Conference standings and has its sights set on a championship title.
