If there's one thing people can count on regarding Patrick Beverley, he will always speak his mind. And the outspoken veteran guard of the Milwaukee Bucks did just that after his team beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 112-107, calling Wolves coach Chris Finch a "sore loser" for not saying anything to him after the final buzzer.

Postgame snub

It was a huge win for Milwaukee, especially after entering the All-Star break, winning only three of their last ten contests. After the game, Beverley took note of the slight and addressed it in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

Pat Bev clarified that he didn't expect Finch to greet him with enthusiasm. However, a simple acknowledgment would have sufficed, Beverley said.

History of beef

Bev played the 2021-2022 season in Minnesota, helping the Wolves make it to the first round of the NBA Playoffs. However, the feisty guard was dealt in the offseason as part of the Rudy Gobert trade in July 2022. What caught Beverley's ire was the fact that it wasn't Finch who told him about the trade, but someone else from the franchise.

"When I get the call for the trade, I feel like the call should've came from the coach. That's where my anger came from. Not eight hours later or seven hours later when the dust is starting to clear," Beverley explained on his podcast in October 2022.

It's not uncommon for Beverley to incite conflict with his outspoken and fiery personality. He has a reputation for being a fierce competitor on the court, known for his aggressive defense and trash-talking. He recently got into a back-and-forth with former teammate JJ Redick over the latter's comments regarding Bucks coach Doc Rivers.
