The Milwaukee Bucks already have plenty of firepower in two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and All-Stars Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton. However, in the NBA, you can never have enough of an offensive arsenal.

That is why the Bucks have been linked to a potential trade for Washington Wizards All-Star guard Bradley Beal. The Bucks are believed to be one of the teams that could make a move for Beal, who could be made available if the Wizards decide to blow their team up and start over.

Retool or rebuild

The Wizards are a team that apparently is going nowhere. Despite having talented players like Beal, Kristaps Porzingis, and Kyle Kuzma, Washington placed 12th in the Eastern Conference. This has led to reports of a possible rebuilding phase for the Wizards, and if that were to happen, it appears that Beal would not be a part of it.

Should Beal be made available, it appears that several teams are going to be interested in acquiring the three-time All-Star, and one of those is the Bucks. According to a report by NBA insider Shams Charania, "The Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks are expected to be prominent suitors for Beal if he reaches the market."

Seasoned wingman

As mentioned, the Bucks have plenty of offensive options. However, despite that, there were times Milwaukee struggled to generate good looks in this season’s playoffs, and that came back to bite them in a couple of games. A player like Beal, who is a proven offensive talent, could provide the Bucks with another high-level scorer to pair with Giannis Antetokounmpo, making them even more difficult to guard.

This season, Beal played in just 50 games and had robust numbers of 23.2 points, 5.4 assists, and 3.9 rebounds. He also shot the ball efficiently, making 50.6 percent from the field.
