The Chicago Bulls finished their preseason with a 114-105 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday, bringing their record to 1-4.

In a terrific effort, Nikola Vucevic led the Bulls with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Ayo Dosunmu scored 15 points and had two steals in his second preseason start. The Bulls now have five days to prepare for their season opening next Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Coby White and Patrick Williams Most Likely to Start

Patrick Williams and Coby White started all five preseason games for coach Billy Donovan. This tactic is expected to carry over into the regular season, though Donovan has yet to declare the starting lineup for the first game. However, it is a "fair assessment" that White and Williams will keep their positions.

Patrick Williams had a solid first-half effort just two days after being removed from a game against the Raptors in the third minute. His high-energy moves included a slam and many powerful layups. Despite his struggles with 3-pointers and a second-half slump, Coach Donovan praised Williams' overall effect on the game.

Increased 3-Point Attempts

By making extra passes to the wings, the Bulls emphasized 3-point shooting, favoring long-range shots over 2-point tries. This tactic, while not converting into a high shooting percentage from beyond the arc, demonstrated the team's dedication to a better offensive approach.

Due to their lackluster result in the preseason, Bulls fans are worried about how the team would start the season. They hope the team will pick up the pace and show that they have it in them to make a playoff run.
