"Hall of Famer" - DeMar DeRozan gets praise for his spectacular clutch takeover against the Pacers
DeMar DeRozan was Wednesday’s man of the night after his late-game heroics for the Chicago Bulls. Deebo was sensational during pressure time by scoring the game-tying jumper and nine overtime points that propelled his team's 132-129 thriller road victory over the Indiana Pacers.
DeMar concluded the game with 46 huge points — with an epic performance that every Chicago fan will certainly remember for a while.

As he shared the court with Deebo throughout the entire pivotal period of the matchup, Ayo Dosunmu was in awe of the breathtaking takeover he witnessed. DeMar boldly assumed the finishing touches and didn't bow down from the scoring punches thrown by the Pacers.
“Hall of Famer. One of the best scorers this game has ever seen,” Ayo Dosunmu said of DeRozan. “He was locked in. I was very impressed with DeMar, just throughout the whole flow of the game, he was locked in no matter what. That’s very crucial for us, for him to be our leader, to always have that mindset and know that we have a chance to win no matter what.”
Give credit where credit is due
DeRozan's cold-blooded game gave the Pacers a horrifying flashback like the one they endured from the Bulls star two years ago.
As frustrating as it might be to come down late once again in the hands of Deebo, Jalen Smith can only give his flowers on behalf of his Indiana team.
"DeMar DeRozan, he's DeMar DeRozan," Smith said. "Mid-range killer. Future Hall-of-Famer. You've gotta give props when props are due. Sometimes, you know what they say, great defense, but better offense.”
