The offseason may be slowing down, but that doesn't mean the Chicago Bulls aren't looking to improve their roster. With some resources to spare to sign an impact player or two, a report has pointed out several players who may not have that big of a price tag but can still substantially impact the Bulls' campaign next season.

Javonte Green

Some Bulls fans may not remember, but Green was so good during the previous preseason that some quarters were calling for him to start over Patrick Williams at the power forward position. However, a knee injury hindered Green's rise in the rotation, and he ended up playing just 32 games last season in Chicago, which is part of the reason he is currently an unrestricted free agent. However, if the Bulls need a high-energy, low-maintenance guy on their bench, Green may be the guy they're looking for.

Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report wrote that Green is an impact player who plays in his own lane and doesn't take the ball away from the hands of the Bulls' "Big 3."

"Still, if the Bulls have reasons to be confident about his health, then they also have reasons to want him back. They've seen the kind of impact he can make as a low-maintenance player who won't take touches away from Vucevic, Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan," Buckley wrote.

Austin Rivers

The Bulls already have a loaded guard rotation, but if they want an experienced veteran who's been through so many playoff battles and won't rock the boat on the bench, Austin Rivers can be their guy.

"He would give this group more experience (including 64 career playoff games), an ability to play either guard spot, some pesky perimeter defense and maybe more offense than he's shown of late. He had a two-year stretch earlier in his career when he shot a strong percentage from three (37.5) on decent volume (4.9 attempts per game), so maybe there's hope of him getting his groove back on that end," Buckley explained.
