Two shooters the Chicago Bulls should consider acquiring

One of the most glaring deficiencies of the Chicago Bulls’ attack is their outside shooting, or almost a complete lack of it. As the league’s worst team in terms of three-pointers made and attempted, Bulls executive Arturas Karnisovas said it best that he felt how his squad was always playing from behind due to their lack of consistent volume shooters from deep. Karnisovas already publicly stated their desire to add players of such skills this offseason, and these two guys should be on the top of their list.

Georges Niang

Despite his obvious defensive limitations, the seven-year-pro is often a fixture in the endgame for the Philadelphia Sixers. Why, you ask? Well, the 29-year-old has established himself as a reliable depth shooter who doesn’t hesitate to take a big shot when called upon. Often the target of Joel Embiid whenever the reigning MVP is double-teamed, Niang provides a precious release valve with his ability to generate offense from long distance. For his career, Niang has shot over 40 percent from deep.

Seth Curry

While having the older Curry would be a dream for the Bulls, getting the younger brother of Steph is still a great consolation prize. The 32-year-old sharpshooter has been an integral part of the Brooklyn Nets’ rise to prominence in the Eastern Conference, providing dependable scoring from deep off the bench. He shoots over 43 percent from long range for his career and is one of the most accurate shooters of all time.
